Q: how long does shipping take?

A: we print and pack labels on Mondays and Thursdays in the evening, USPS picks up from us every Tuesday and Friday (sometimes there is a fill in guy that forgets). 


Q: What happens if I order multiple preorders/in stock on one order?

A: If you order a mix of any different preorders or in stock items, they will all be held until the last items arrive.


Q: Do you offer Paypal Layaway?

A:   No, we do not. We do offer other payment options such as shop pay and sezzle.


Q: I totally forgot to use a discount code! Can I get it added after the fact?

A: I’m sorry, but we do not add discount codes after the order has been placed.

Q: Can I combine discount codes?

A: No, discount codes cannot be combined. 


Q: I want a discount code! How do I get one?

A: The best place to find a discount code is searching our two Facebook groups (Oos Yadi Tribe or Oos Yadi Tribe & BST). We offer different codes for each rounds along with rep codes for closed preorders or in stock items.

Q: I want a refund/to cancel my order. 

A: Please review our return/cancellation/refund policy, then follow the following link to the request document.

Q: I have moved since I placed my order! What do I do?

A: Please follow the link, and fill out our address change form, then pm our facebook business page. allow two weeks for processing.

Q: Why do I see preorders that are supposed to be “closed” still on the website?

A: We leave up a portion of the extras after we close a preorder on the website at a slightly higher rate than the open preorder ($1 added once closed). We pull the specific preorder when it gets close to being shipped to us. If a print is “sold out” as a closed preorder it is because the handful of extras sold out, there will be more once in hand.  

 Q: Am I able to add/change to an already placed order?

A: If you placed an order and realized there was a mistake to your order or you forgot something, please private message the business page as soon as you can so we can get it edited for you! Please have your order number ready and exactly what needs changed.
